What is Dainty Desire’s Shipping Policy?
At Dainty Desire, we aim to deliver products in excellent condition and in the quickest time possible. The estimated delivery time is 4-6 days from the date of purchase, depending on the location of delivery.
To ensure your order is delivered on time, please make sure of the following while entering your shipping address and phone number details:
- Provide complete address details, including House Number, Floor, Street Name, and Locality, along with a Landmark.
- Enter correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
- Ensure the phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to contact you for delivery-related queries.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, ensure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash in exact change. If you receive a damaged parcel, do not accept it. Inform us at +91 9935841118 (10 AM – 7 PM) or email us at support@daintydesire.com.
Note: We ensure that all parcels are securely boxed and wrapped when dispatched from our processing unit. However, please inspect the package upon receipt. Do not accept any damaged shipments, as it will be your responsibility if a product is missing.
Free Shipping for Orders Over ₹599: We offer free delivery on orders of ₹599 or more. A shipping charge of ₹40 will apply to orders under ₹599. Shipping charges remain the same irrespective of the size of the order. Each order can be shipped only to a single shipping address. Separate orders are needed for multiple addresses.
Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT/GST, or other applicable charges.
How to Check Your Order Status?
You can check the status of your order by visiting the "Track Orders" section under My Account on the website.
How Are Orders Delivered?
Orders are dispatched through our trusted courier partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, ShadowFax, XpressBees, Speed Post, etc.
Do We Deliver Outside India?
Currently, Dainty Desire delivers products only within India.
Cancellation and Modification Policy:
What is Dainty Desire’s Cancellation Policy?
We make every effort to fulfill all orders promptly. However, certain orders may be canceled due to:
- Limitations on product quantities
- Errors in pricing or product details
- Fraud detection issues
In case your order is canceled after the payment is processed, we will refund the amount to your card account upon request.
You can also cancel your order before it is packed in our warehouse. For refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
You can change your shipping address only before the order has been processed (packed). To modify the shipping address, please contact us immediately at +91 9935841118 or support@daintydesire.com.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
To cancel your order, simply call us at +91 9935841118 or email us at support@daintydesire.com with your order number.
Refund Process for Canceled Orders:
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there will be no refund. For payments made via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet, you will receive the refund in the original source account within 7-10 days.
