Eligibility for Refund:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- In case of damage or wrong product delivery we need an unboxing video to quickly resolve your concern.
- The item should not be damaged or altered in any way.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions may be subject to different refund conditions.
How to Request a Refund:

- Ensure you provide your order number, contact details, and reason for the refund.

Return of Product:
- Once we confirm your refund request, we will arrange the return of the product in case of damage or a defective product received. Otherwise, you need to ship/courier the product to our warehouse location.
- Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of our confirmation.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exclusions from Refund:
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale or clearance items.
- Any items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
