What’s your shipping policy?

We aim to deliver your treasures faster than you can say “bling-bling!” Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 days, depending on where you are. And if your order is over ₹499, shipping is on us! (Because who doesn’t love free stuff?) Just remember, if your order is under ₹499, there’s a small shipping fee of ₹40. Easy peasy!

Can I return or exchange my earrings?

Well, here’s the scoop: for hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on earrings. But if you receive a pair that’s not quite right (like they don’t match your fabulous personality), just reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to help you out. We want you to be as happy as a clam in a pearl factory!

How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is as easy as pie (again with the pie!). Just hop onto our website, go to the “Track Orders” section under My Account, and enter your details. You’ll be able to see where your earrings are on their journey to you. It’s like a little adventure for your jewelry!

What if I need to cancel my order?

Do you ship internationally?

As much as we’d love to send our earrings around the globe, we currently only ship within India. But hey, if you have friends or family in India, feel free to send them our way! They’ll thank you for the fabulous gift!
